Technical Support Specialist

AMP Security, Hay Communications & Tuckersmith Communications are offering a great opportunity to work for local, respected businesses. Services include security, internet, television, cellular, web hosting, telephone, and more. The main duty of this position is troubleshooting customer reported issues with telecommunications & security services.

Hours range between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday to Friday, and some weekends, with flexible work locations, including occasional time in an office setting but mostly work from home.

​

Qualifications:

1. Customer service skills - The ability to deal with customers in a polite manner.

2. Technically inclined person with post-secondary education or related work experience. Self taught computer gurus are also welcome to apply. Prior internet support experience a bonus.

3. Knowledge of Windows, Mac iOS, Android, Networking and Linux is also and asset.

4. Ability to problem solve and multi-task.

5. Must have a drivers license and mode of transportation when necessary.

6. Must live within 100KM of Clinton, ON. (Some exceptions could be made on a case by case basis.)
